Polefield Business Park

The vision for the project is deliver a high quality working environment for those users that cannot locate in the city centre by reason of their nature, scale and type of business. The aim is to create a highly connected development providing for excellent linkage to the city centre via pedestrian and cycle links whilst also enhancing the amenity of the area with a connection to a future planned greenway proposed to the north of the site adjoining the River Shannon. It is currently envisaged that the development will be delivered in five phases. The phasing strategy is based on current market demand and expectations but could change dependent on future market conditions.
