Prometric is a leading provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions to many of the world’s most recognized licensing and certification organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies.
Initially ALTU were engaged to undertake the due diligence process on this project, which included simultaneous programming and completion of Landlord works and plant resuscitation.
In order to meet the client’s challenging timeline, it made sense to utilize the acquired knowledge of the team that had worked on the due diligence and continue their involvement with the project.
Already familiar with the requirements for the fit-out and the design of the subject property, ALTU could act as a single point of contact and responsibility to the client.
Our BIM capabilities were used throughout the process to inform space planning, enable visualizations and assist scheduling, all of which facilitated prompt decision making in respect of finish selection, furniture layouts etc. The project was delivered within programme and budget.
