Steve Parker

Stephen has project experience spanning commercial, retail, healthcare, educational and hospitality with a strong focus on attention to detail and compliance to regulations and procedures. He also has a strong design and aesthetic appreciation of the built environment.

Since joining ALTU, Stephen continues to build on this experience and is currently enjoying working on large scale Office and retail developments for international clients in Dundrum, Blanchardstown and Dublin City Centre.

Patrick Tay

Patrick is an Associate and Senior Architect at ALTU and is a talented designer who brings immense experience, creativity and innovation to his work.

Patrick has delivered several large mixed use and urban design schemes in both Ireland and the UK. Since joining the Practice from his previous role in NMA in 2019, Patrick has played an active role in the development of several large scale residential and SHD schemes within the office, furthering his exemplary planning track record in this area.

Oisin Kenny

Oisín brings to ALTU his experience in the Retail, Health and Commercial Sectors having worked in Scotland and Ireland.

Since joining ALTU, Oisín has gained additional experience working on projects in commercial, office fit-out and retail projects. During his time in Scotland Oisín worked in the project team on the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh, gaining experience in Acute Healthcare and coordinated team involvement.

Michael Hamilton

Michael is an Associate at ALTU and Project Technical Lead who has gained experience in a number of architectural practices since graduating in 2005. He has worked across a wide variety of projects, in the healthcare, residential, hospitality and educational sectors, covering all work stages.

Michael’s particular areas of expertise lie in construction technology, statutory requirements, best practice and universal design guidelines. He implements and audits all project documentation to ensure compliance with building regulations, building codes and planning regulations. Michael also brings to ALTU a deep knowledge and understanding of technical development standards from his work on acute and non-acute projects within the healthcare sector.

Mike Brotarlo

Mike has extensive experience in the architecture and construction sector with many years of large project experience in the Middle East and Ireland.

He consistently delivers projects in the Office, Retail, Fit-Out, commercial and Leisure sectors to completion, and is renowned for his total commitment to the project, ensuring all of the client’s objectives are successfully met.

Mike is an integral part of ALTU’s BIM Working Group and brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge to the overall Studio team.

Andrew Young

Andrew is BIM Manager and Architectural Technologist at ALTU.

Andrew is a technical expert with a keen interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and has completed a Masters in Applied Building Information Modelling and Management in TU Dublin.

Since joining ALTU, Andrew has worked on various large-scale Office, Fit-Out and Commercial developments, fulfilling the role of Architectural Technologist. He is responsible for overall BIM Management within the Practice and has played a key role in attaining our BSI BIM Tier 1 Accreditation.

Armando Jimenez

Armando is an Architectural Technologist at ALTU.

Armando has amassed significant experience in the field of Construction Technology have worked on developments across the Education, Residential, Social Housing and Retail Sectors.

During his career to date, he has worked as an Architectural Technologist in the United States and Mexico, with over 8 years’ experience working in Ireland.

As part of the ALTU team, Armando’s role sees his active involvement across all project work stages from concept design through to completion.

Emanuele Lico

Prior to joining ALTU, Emanuele amassed significant experience in both architectural and engineering practices in Italy and Ireland.

He has a strong technical background, having worked on a wide range of medium and large scale mixed-use projects across all project stages, with a particular emphasis on construction management and project delivery.

Joe Chapman

Joe has worked on a large number of construction projects of varying scale throughout his career prior to joining ALTU.

Having a keen interest in project development and delivery through BIM, he has been involved in several commercial, residential, and educational developments across Dublin and Ireland since joining the Practice. He also plays an active role in the BIM Standards Working Group within ALTU.

Liam Willoughby

Liam is a Senior Architectural Technologist with ALTU and has a strong design and engineering background and substantial experience in the Office and Retail sectors in the UK and Ireland.

On joining the Practice, Liam has continued to build on this experience and has worked on large scale Office and retail developments for international clients in the Dundrum and Blackrock areas.

Liam combines a sound technical knowledge with a passion for BIM and construction detailing.
