ALTU Architects have provided integrated Architectural and Passivhaus Design Services on this development, with the first 229 homes completed in November 2025.

The project, which has now commenced on site, comprises 607 Quality Apartments in 7 blocks, a 4,500sqm Employment Building and local shops and services. The proposed development integrates the provision of attractive, characteristic, and useable public realm with a linear park, streets, and a large urban square to provide opportunities for recreation, rest, and connectivity.
