ALTU Architects were appointed to deliver 30 no. social housing units across three sites in Co Meath using a Design and Build procurement process.
The development will provide thirty families with new high-quality homes, all achieving a BER A2 rating with a high level of external and internal finishes. The full site area was utilized creating large garden amenity spaces for children to play and supporting the growth of young families in the area.
In the delivering our service, ALTU Architects produced production documentation to meet the employer’s requirements, building regulations and associated guidelines. In addition, we provided design certifier, architectural services, detailed design drawings, design team lead and BIM visuals throughout the tender and construction process.
