ALTU are engaged to design and deliver an innovative new Primary Care Centre supporting the delivery of public health, nursing, diagnostic, allied and mental health services to the surrounding local community of Loughlinstown and wider South Dublin catchment area.
The scheme proposal for the new Centre sensitively responds to its context, which sees the building form represent the meeting point of two routes converging and is defined by a focal point at its main entrance.
The new building will utilise the existing site topography to allow for strategic circulation and access and increasing its permeability. The new Centre will include a range of facilities to support several Primary Care teams, including paediatric, older persons, occupational therapy and mental health, in addition to a GP Surgery and retail Pharmacy.
