This SHD scheme proposes 142 unit residential development on a 4.451ha site to the east of Duleek, Co Meath.
The proposed development consists of 82 houses, 60 apartment units and a single storey creche. The scheme provides a central urban park of 1.197ha within open space zoned lands and a community garden of 0.18ha to the west of the site adjacent to Duleek GAA grounds.
The proposed scheme aims to maximise permeability and connectivity to and through the site with an emphasis on quantum and quality of open space within the development.
Connections are made throughout the scheme providing residents with safe and easy access to Duleek Gaa grounds, Duleek community centre, surrounding residential developments and Duleek village.
