Milica Stankovic

Milica graduated from the Technological University of Dublin in 2024, receiving her BSc (Hons) degree in Architectural Technology. Milica’s thesis research was shorted listed in the Alliance for Sustainability Building Products (ASBP) Innovation Pitch for reducing plastic in construction. She was also invited to present her research at the International Congress of Architectural Technologists 2025 in Alicante. Milica has worked on a variety of large-scale Hotel projects since joining ALTU in 2024. She also has previous experience in residential construction. Following her thesis research, Milica developed a passion for sustainability in construction including Life-Cycle Analyses and building to NZEB. She takes pride in her attention to detail, adaptability and work ethic and her hopes are to be able to build on her knowledge and gain further experience while actively contributing to the outstanding work delivered by ALTU.

Jack Denihan

Jack studied Architecture at the University of Limerick, where he graduated with a BSc. Architecture degree in 2021. Jack brings a hands-on approach to design having gained valuable experience when working on site, which was explored through his thesis project whereby he investigated Jack has previous experience working with an architectural practice where he was involved in numerous educational projects across the country, housing schemes, house and hotel extensions as well as recreation and community projects.

Throughout this work Jack produced drawings for design, planning and tender stages and was exposed to working in both a group setting and on a one to one basis. Jack joined the Altu team at the beginning of 2022 and has enjoyed working on a veriety of projects mainly within the commercial sector, through the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Niamh McCabe

Niamh graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in 2024, having previously completed a degree in Architectural Technology in Cork in 2018. Her academic focus on sense of place and placemaking reflects a strong interest in how architecture shapes and enhances communities. She has gained practical experience across several architectural practices, particularly in the design of one-off houses, and has developed a keen interest in masterplanning and the public realm. During her time in technical departments, Niamh collaborated closely with contractors and businesses, effectively communicating construction details and material specifications. As an architectural intern, she contributed to survey drawings, construction documentation, and planning applications, including work on award-winning developments. These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of architectural practice.

Armando Jimenez

Armando is an Architectural Technologist at ALTU.

Armando has amassed significant experience in the field of Construction Technology have worked on developments across the Education, Residential, Social Housing and Retail Sectors.

During his career to date, he has worked as an Architectural Technologist in the United States and Mexico, with over 8 years’ experience working in Ireland.

As part of the ALTU team, Armando’s role sees his active involvement across all project work stages from concept design through to completion.

Martyna Matys

Martyna is a qualified Architectural Technologist, having graduated from TUD she gained project experience on large scale educational and pharmaceutical projects.  Highly proficient in 3D modelling and having a good knowledge of BIM, she is experienced in working successfully in a collaborative environment with other consultants. To date Martyna has amassed good technical detailing and specification experience as well as gaining experience in a variety of software such as Dynamo, Navisworks and ArchiCad.

Evan Phelan

Evan is a qualified Architectural Technologist, having studied and graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology and receiving his BSc. (Hons) in Architectural Technology in 2024. Evan has had previous experience in another architectural firm while in a work experience program from college, working mainly on residential and large-scale apartments. Throughout his time in college and working, Evan has gained valuable experience by collaborating with colleagues as a team and gaining both experience and a great understanding of a variety of softwares such as Archicad, Revit and Autocad. 

Gonca Sekerli

Gonca has always been passionate about architecture, seeing it not only as a profession but also as a lifelong journey of learning. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Yaşar University, İzmir, Turkey, in 2021, focusing on design and visualization and gaining experience in creative solutions and high-quality presentations. Driven by curiosity and dedication, she is now in her second year of a Master’s in Building Information Modelling (BIM) at Technological University Dublin, Ireland, enhancing her expertise in digital construction, collaborative project delivery, and sustainable design, with the aim of integrating innovative BIM methodologies into architectural practice.
