Jim has extensive experience delivering projects across Ireland and the UK, working on a range of residential, retail, leisure and office projects. With 36 years professional experience in the Property Industry, Jim is Managing Director of ALTU Architects.
In addition to his strong sectoral knowledge in commercial, retail, leisure, residential, hotel and healthcare design, Jim’s particular expertise is delivering innovative and practical design solutions that achieve maximum value and capital return on existing assets or new developments. He combines a sound knowledge of Planning and Regulatory issues with a thorough understanding of commercial, stakeholder and end-user requirements.
A former Chairman of the Technical & Construction Issues Committee, Jim is a past Council Member of Property Industry Ireland. Jim is widely networked and trusted within the property sector.
