Town Centre 3 (TC3) forms a key component of the wider Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone and is currently progressing as part of a live Expression of Interest process for DLR Properties. The masterplan was developed through an iterative urban design process focused on creating a high-density, sustainable and well-connected urban quarter that responds positively to the evolving character of Cherrywood. Particular emphasis was placed on placemaking, pedestrian connectivity, active frontages and the integration of residential density with high-quality public realm and transport infrastructure. The scheme carefully balances density, height, residential amenity and long-term deliverability while establishing a coherent and commercially viable framework for phased development.

The project further strengthened ALTU’s experience in large-scale masterplanning, phased urban delivery and the creation of sustainable high-density residential environments within complex strategic development frameworks.
