Coultry Gardens is a large-scale residential development (LRD) situated on a 3.17-hectare site in Ballymun, Dublin 9. Designed for Tuath Housing Association, the masterplan establishes a high-density urban structure that integrates with the existing neighbourhood fabric.
The design follows a perimeter-block layout to enclose the streetscape outwardly while creating quiet, semi-private communal courtyards at the centre of each block. A network of pedestrian pathways and green spaces enhances local permeability, linking Ballymun Road with Coultry Park to the east.
